Everything we offer starts with medium intensity workouts at a minimum. Studies have shown medium to high intensity workout regimens offer the most return in body composition changes and strength goals. Furthermore, workout regimens that include resistance training and H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) optimizes strength & muscle endurance along with lean muscle mass.
