  • Individual live session rate:

    • Base rate - $85/session. Typically 45 min - 1 hr 30 min depending on athletic level; warm up, cool down and stretch time not included

  • Weekly-to-Monthly rates discounted, starting from 3 sessions per week

  • Have a friend with similar goals? Why not workout at the same time! Pair training discounts available—must be available to have same schedule!

New to the gym, consider yourself an intermediate or never had a coach or trainer before? Your motivation to accomplish your goals is my passion! It’s highly recommended to have live in-person training for at least 6 - 12 weeks. In these weeks, your coach can zero in on the details of every movement, make corrections to lifting technique, and fully optimize your time at the gym.

You’ll learn more about yourself, establish lifelong positive habits and push yourself beyond self-limiting beliefs—even outside the gym!


Example Package Program #1 - 3-5 months

Goals: Increase strength by 20-30%; benchmark are barbell squats & dumbbell press, gain 5 lbs muscle

  • 3-4 live sessions per week

  • Weight Resistance + HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

  • 1 Check-in per week

  • Nutritional Tracking/Performance Tracking - Analysis every 2 weeks

Example Package Program #2 - 10 weeks

Goals: More energetic, body composition change

  • Hybrid Approach: 2 live sessions & 1-2 online instruction sessions per week

  • Weight Resistance + HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

  • 2 Check-in’s per week

  • Nutritional Tracking/Performance Tracking - Analysis every 2 weeks
